    Frequently asked

Do vendors accept cards or e-transfer?+

Many vendors are cash-based, so we recommend bringing cash. Payment options vary by vendor, so please ask whether they accept cards or e-transfer before purchasing.

Is there food & drinks available?+

Yes. Snack and drink vendors will be available on-site. The venue also has a convenience store that sells food, drinks and snacks.

    Are photos and videos allowed?+

Yes. Photos and videos are encouraged. If you post on social media, please tag @teamcollectors and @collectortown.bby, and always respect anyone who asks not to be photographed or recorded.

    Are there rules for costumes?+

Collector Town is a family-friendly event, so costumes must be appropriate for all ages. Please make sure costumes and props are safe and do not block walkways.
